1./ From Thursday to Saturday, entry to the club is permitted only to guests who are 18 years of age or older and can prove this beyond doubt with a valid, clearly identifiable government-issued ID. The forms of identification accepted by Ötkert Kft. are: a national ID card or a driver’s license. Scanned or photocopied documents cannot be accepted under any circumstances.
2./ Entry to Ötkert can be denied to individuals who exhibit uncivilized behavior, are visibly under the influence of alcohol or drugs, possess any dangerous items, have previously been escorted out for their behavior, or are deemed dangerous to other patrons by the staff. Entry is valid for a single admission only.
3. Provisions Regarding Drugs (Aligned with the legal amendments effective 18 November 2025.):
●The use, possession, distribution or sale of any illegal drug or new psychoactive
substance is strictly prohibited on the premises of Ötkert.
●The term “drug” includes new psychoactive substances as defined by current
legislation.
●Security staff are authorized to inspect guests’ bags and clothing upon entry and,
when warranted, to verify identity or take further action if drug-related suspicion
arises.
●Guests who are found to be under the influence of drugs, or who attempt to bring prohibited substances into the venue, may be denied entry or immediately removed from Ötkert.
●In cases of drug-related violations, the Operator may impose a temporary or
permanent ban from the venue.
●Ötkert cooperates with law enforcement and relevant authorities; security personnel will file a report when necessary.
4./The Operator reserves the right to restrict the items and objects that can be brought to Ötkert premises for the safety of those present. It is particularly forbidden to bring objects or items that are specified as dangerous to public security in the current law on particularly dangerous objects for public security (currently Government Decree175/2003 (X.28)), or items that may be illegal to possess or could pose a danger to persons present on Ötkert premises. The Visitor may not enter the Ötkert premises with restricted items.
5./Those under 18 and intoxicated individuals will not be served alcoholic beverages on Ötkert premises. Visitors may be asked to provide identification to verify their age when being served at the bar. If the visitor is unable or unwilling to verify their age as prescribed, Ötkert may refuse service of alcoholic beverages. The use of drugs classified as illegal substances under current legislation is prohibited on Ötkert premises.
6./Under section 26 of Act CXXXIII of 2005 on rules governing personal and property protection and private investigation, the Operator is authorized to inspect packages at the entrance and premises of Ötkert, remove certain individuals, and prevent their entry.
To enforce compliance with the house rules, the Operator employs personal and
property security services in accordance with the regulations set out in the IV Act of 1998 on Personal, Property Security and Private Investigation and the Professional Chamber of Personal, Property Security and Private Investigation (hereinafter referred to as personal and property protection services). Visitors expressly agree to cooperate fully within the legal framework with these parties, following their instructions in the event of a hazardous situation. If the Visitor wishes to file a complaint against these parties, they may do so in the Operator’s office.
7./Anyone acting aggressively towards other guests or staff may be removed from
Ötkert premises without further notice.
8./The use of the coatroom is mandatory during the fall-winter season, and we recommend the use of lockable storage boxes for valuables.9./ Visitors are not permitted to bring beverages or food onto Ötkert premises that are not sold by Ötkert Operator.
10./ Payment is possible by bank card, forints or euros. As of November 6th, 2024, our club will transition to a cashless payment system, making card payments easier, faster, and more convenient. Please note that from this date onward, only card payments will be accepted, with the exception of the VIP area and entry tickets, where cash payments will still be permitted.
11./ Guests who are intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, or arriving in inappropriate attire will not be admitted to Ötkert. The Operator reserves the right to regulate entry in order to protect the safety and comfort of all Guests. Ötkert operates with a dress code and face control.
12./An audiovisual recording can be made of the programs held in Ötkert, on which the Visitor can also appear. By purchasing the admission ticket, the Visitor becomes aware of the appearances on the recordings and consents to their publication.
13./ In case of inappropriate clothing, entry may be refused:
●Any sportswear, sports shoes, sports jersey, headband, headscarf, sleeveless jersey,
●Any clothing that is outrageous or offensive to others, Side-pocket and / or terrain pattern shorts,
●Any open slippers or sandals at their own risk (dangerous due to broken glass on the dancefloor),
●Extensive tattoos on the face or neck,
●Torn, worn, smelly, dirty, untidy clothing,
●Punk hairstyle and / or punk clothing,
Admission staff are free to decide on the appropriate attire! By entering Ötkert, our guests accept the policy!
