1. General Entry Rules
1. Entry to Ötkert is permitted only to guests who accept the House Rules and comply with the venue’s operational guidelines.
2. For the safety and comfort of all Guests, the Operator reserves the right to inspect
and regulate entry.
3. Ötkert operates with a dress code and face control; entry may be restricted based on these criteria.
2. Grounds for Refusing Entry
Entry to Ötkert may be refused to any person who:
● is visibly under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or otherwise intoxicated or impaired;
● is dressed in a manner that does not meet the venue’s dress code requirements;
● behaves in an uncultured, aggressive, disrespectful or otherwise unsafe manner;
● is found in possession of any dangerous object or device;
● has previously been escorted out due to inappropriate or disruptive behavior;
● is deemed by the staff or security personnel to pose a risk to other guests or to the safe operation of the venue.
Refusal of entry is always based on the Operator’s right to ensure the safety and well-being of all guests.
3. Provisions Regarding Drugs
(Aligned with the legal amendments effective 18 November 2025.)
1. The use, possession, distribution or sale of any illegal drug or new psychoactive
substance is strictly prohibited on the premises of Ötkert.
2. The term “drug” includes new psychoactive substances as defined by current legislation.
3. Security staff are authorized to inspect guests’ bags and clothing upon entry and,
when warranted, to verify identity or take further action if drug-related suspicion
arises.
4. Guests who are found to be under the influence of drugs, or who attempt to bring
prohibited substances into the venue, may be denied entry or immediately removed
from Ötkert.
5. In cases of drug-related violations, the Operator may impose a temporary or
permanent ban from the venue.
6. Ötkert cooperates with law enforcement and relevant authorities; security personnel will file a report when necessary.
4. Safety and Personal Responsibility
1. Guests must follow the instructions of security personnel at all times.
2. By entering the venue, guests acknowledge that violation of the House Rules may result in immediate removal by the Operator.
3. Security staff receive training to comply with legal requirements and to recognize
signs of drug use or impairment.
